Self-catering | $90 (min 2 night stay)

ALL INCLUSIVE

All-inclusive | $200 (min 2 night stay)

Accommodation Rates Excludes the following:

National Parks Fees. These fees are subject to change without notice.

 

Kids Rates: 2024-2025

Kids 3 years and under FOC

Kids 4-11 years less 50%

Kids 12 years and over full price

        

BOAT HIRE

$160 full day dry rate – 06h30 to 17h30 

$90 for ½ day dry rate – 06h30 to 12h00 or 12h00-17h30

Marine Fuel: $2 per litre

Rates exclude National Parks fishing & river entry permits

 

STAFF / GRATUITY TIP

Greatly appreciated although solely at guests  discretion

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A minimum of 50% Deposit is required within 7 days of presentation of invoice to secure the booking.

Full payment must be made 4 weeks before arrival.

Bookings cancelled more than 3 months prior to arrival date – full refund.

Bookings cancelled between 3 months to 30 days prior to arrival date- 50% refund.

Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date-100% of full invoice amount is forfeited.

Please note a 10% administration fee is charged on all cancellations.

No shows will forfeit full payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot host bachelors / bachelorette parties due to the safety risk with Rukuru Bush Camp being in a wilderness area.

TRAVEL & CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

It shall be the sole responsibility of every Guest to arrange and effect his/her own insurance cover and to ensure that he/she and his/her dependents and travelling companions have adequate cover for the duration of the booking. 

Rukuru Bush Camp strongly recommends that Guests obtain comprehensive insurance to cover the following:

accidental death and disability

major medical

emergency medical evacuation

loss of personal effects
